Warrants Issued
John Robinson and John Bedford, Mexborough, were summoned haring stolen turnips at Mexborough, the property of James Beevors, at Mexborough no the 29th August.
The defendants did not appear, and warrants were issued for their apprehension.
Tom Haigh, Harry Skarrott, John Marsh, and James Guest, all of Thurnscoe (youths), were summoned for stealing apples at Thurnscoe, on the 24th of August.
Mr. W. Baddiley prosecuted, and as none of the defendants appeared he asked that warrants be issued.—The Bench granted his request.
