There was an exciting finish Thurnscoe on Saturday, Bullcroft winning by one wicket, though the result might have been reversed had Hickleton not missed chances in the field.
Best bowling was: Middleton, four for 23. in 14 overs, and E. three for 24, for Bullcroft; F. longley, tour for 42, and W’. Clarke, three for 34, for Hickleton.
