Thurnscoe Parents’ Arrears.

At Doncaster on Tuesday, Richard J. Bentley, of Thurnscoe, was summoned by the West Riding County Council in respect of £2 10s. arrears of maintenance of his child in an Institution.

Mr. C. P. Bruton prosecuted for the Council, and said that an order was made in August, 1924, for defendant to pay 6s. per week towards the maintenance of the child, but it was reduced to 3s. per week.

Defendant was ordered to pay 5s. per week, including 2s. per week arrears.
