University Success.

Miss Helen Hill, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs Hill of 9 School Street, Thurnscoe, has gained her B.A. degree with second class honours in English at the University of London.

Miss Hill is an old pupil of Wath Grammar School, and in 1939 won a County Major scholarship and a State Scholarship.

For the past three years she has been a student at Bedford College, London University, at present evacuated to Cambridge.
