Miss Caroline Cranidge, of Engine Farm, Denaby, was married at Mexborough Church on Thursday week to Mr Smith of low Grange, Thurnscoe.

Owing to the recent death of the bridegroom’s mother, the proceedings were of a very quiet nature.Mayor

Many friends will be pleased to know that Miss Cranidge is not going many miles from Denaby.

Her skill and reputation as a bone setter is known all over the county.

Having thoroughly acquired the ability of the deceased father, Denaby’s loss will be Thurnscoe’s gain.
