Hickleton’s Proud Place

Hickleton Main proudly lead the Yorkshire Council with an unbroken record of victorles and a 100 per cent average—a wonderful performance.

They had no match on Saturday but their supporters are hoping they will now go through the season without suffering any set-back. They are at any rate assured of being one of the semi-finalists and that they will carry off the championship for the second time in three years is the ardent wish of all their friends and supporters.

Swinton’s Chance

Hemsworth seem certain of being one of the semi-finalists and Swinton stand fifth with just a chance of being included In the first four.

The only other South Yorkshire teams in the upper half of the table are Mexboro’, South Kirkby and Rawmarsh.
