Soldier Brothers Meet

Relatives and friends will be pleased to hear of the meeting in the Middle East of the two younger sons of Mrs. Geraghty and the late Mr. Frank Hole, 19, Deightonby Street, Thurnscoe East.

They are Cpl. Tom Hole (25), R.C/S., and Bdr. Harry Hole (23), R.A.

Mrs. Tom Hole, 57, Deightonby Street, received a letter written by both, telling how Harry had spent a week’s leave at his brother’s barracks. Cpl. T. Hole has served overseas for eighteen months. Bdr. H. Hole has been in the Middle East since January this year.

Before entering the Services, both were employed at Hickleton Main Colliery. Both look forward to receiving the “South Yorkshire Times” every week.
