George Bottomley, miner, Bolton on Dearne, at Bolton on Dearne, on September 12th 10/– and costs

John Simpson, miner, Bolton at Bolton on September 14th, 5/– and costs

Michael and Albert Carmody, miners, of Conisborough, at Conisborough on September 14th, Michael was fined 7/6 in costs and Albert (who appeared) 2/6 and costs

Patrick Reach, miner, New Conisborough, at Conisborough on September 15th, at 7/6 and costs
