THURNSCOE. To be SOLD by AUCTION, At the Crown Inn, in Great Houghton, in the Parish of Darfield, and County of York, Friday the Thirteenth Day of October instant, between the Hours of Four and Six in the Afternoon, subject to such Conditions as shell then produced,

A desirable FREEHOLD ESTATE, situate at Thurnscoe, near to the Turnpike-Road, and an equal Distance between Doncaster and Barnsley, consisting of Farm-Houses, Cottage, Barns, Stables, Malt-Kiln, Outbuilding., and One Hundred and Forty Acres, thereabouts, good Arable and Grazing Land, the greatest part of which is Lett on LeaseĀ  to Thomas, Fenton, Esq for a Term, of Ten Years will be unexpired at Candlemas and May-Day next, and the residue thereof is now occupied by Robert Clarke, as tenant from Year to Year.

This Estate contains very valuable Bed 3 of Coal, as appears by Borings in the adjoining Land.; And subject to a perpetual Rent Charge of Ninety-four Pounds Ten Shillings Year.
