Sailor Interned.

Mr. and Mrs G. Tough of 15, Briton Square received both bad and good news last week about their eldest son, Acting Seaman Ernest Dixon Tough.

Last Wednesday they received a telegraph stating their son was reported missing on war service.

On Thursday they received a letter Ernest himself stating that he was interned. He said they had run into a bit of trouble on their voyage.

On Saturday a telegram from the Admiralty stated that he was interned at Le Kaf, Tunisia.

In the letter Ernest says there is no need to worry; they are being well treated and are enjoying some of the things the people at home would like to see, such as melons
