Lance Corporal Duncan, 5 Hickleton Terrace, Thurnscoe has not been heard of since March 30, and his anxious parents would be grateful for any intelligence of him. He enlisted in the Yorkshire Dragoons in. December, 1914, and was transferred to the K.O.Y.L.I. in December, 1916, and went to France.

His brother, Driver Tom Duncan (Royal Irish Fus.), who also enlisted in the Yorkshire Dragoons, in December 1916, at the age of 17, is serving in Palestine, having recently recovered from malaria. Ile has seen service with the Salonica Force. Both boys were formerly employed at Hickleton Main.
