Commissioned

Here is a picture of Second Lieut. William Guest Spencer (21), only son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Spencer, 85 Lidget Lane Thurnscoe, who, as reported in our last issue, has been commissioned in the West Yorkshire Regiment as transport officer.

He is an old boy of Mexborough Secondary School and is well known in local Scouting circles.
